<big>Your Instructor  will;</big>

<big>● Behave in a professional, courteous and supportive way.</big>

<big>● Arrive on time in a clean roadworthy tuition vehicle. </big>

<big>● Agree clear lesson objectives and learning outcomes with you.</big>

<big>● Give you feedback and encouragement working with you to achieve goals.</big>

<big>● Update your progress record regularly so you can see your achievements.</big>

<big>● Inform you as soon as possible if a lesson needs to be rearranged due to  unforseen events.</big>

<big>● Keep an accurate up to date record of all lessons and monies paid.</big>

<big>● Will keep all your personal contact details private and secure from all third parties.     Information will only be stored for the duration of your association with Route 55. </big>

<big>In return we ask that you the pupil;</big>

<big>● Wear suitable footwear for driving.</big>

<big>● Bring your driving handbook with reflective log completed.</big>

<big>● Relax and have fun with the learning experience. This is your time to grow - use it the best way suitable for you to get the most out of YOUR lesson.</big>

<big>Cancellations; </big>

<big>In the event you may need to cancel a prebooked lesson please telephone or email your Instructor within 48hrs or you may still be charged for the lesson.</big>

<big>Private practice</big>

<big>If you're lucky enough to have a friend or family member who has a car and is wiling to take you out for practice lessons, please make sure they are over 21 and have passed their test at least 3 years. Ensure you have adequate insurance in place for the vehicle you'll be using.</big>

<big>Anyone supporting a learner under tuition at Route 55 is very welcome to sit in on lessons subject to you- the  learner giving your prior consent.  </big>
